Uses

As an addition to your health program, cinnamon helps support sugar metabolism, heart and circulatory health.* No artificial color, flavor or sweetener. Directions

For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal. If preferred, the capsules can be opened and added to beverages and food, such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal or oatmeal.
